About the Role

Base Location: Cardiff – this is a hybrid role working a minimum two days a week from the office at the advertised location.

Salary: £39,415 - £45,136 pro rata + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

What is the Role?

You will be part of a management team responsible for co-ordinating, motivating, encouraging and empowering your team to contribute to Business Energy's overall success by monitoring and supervising the Billing admin, telephony and support provided to our customers. Your role will include:

- Coaching and mentoring your team, delivering regular team meetings and one to ones.

- Managing performance, SLA's, resource and time management where required.

- Building relationships with all stakeholders and ensure your team deliver industry leading customer service.

- Monitor work volumes, identify trends and apply available resource to appropriate business activities based on their level of priority.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Previous experience within a Managerial role or a role of equivalent responsibilities within a Customer Service environment.

- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach, good organisational skills and focus on attention to detail ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, inspire and develop your team.

- Good organisation skills, high professional standards and accuracy, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and meets compliance.

- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, Word and Excel are required.
