Base Location: Reading or Cardiff – this is a hybrid role working part of your week from the office at the advertised location.
Salary: £33,063 - £38,404 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
As part of the SME Indirect Sales team, you will be accountable for managing existing TPI relationships, securing new business, maximising renewals and margins. A large part of this role will involve negotiating with energy consultants, ensuring that offers and contracts are produced accurately and within agreed timescales.
You will
- Engage with our existing and prospective SME TPIs, advising them of SSE's energy products and propositions via telephone, email and face to face meetings.
- Manage email and telephony communication channels in an efficient and proactive manner.
- Deliver first class customer service during all customer interactions, you will research our client’s business to understand their requirements and how we can improve the service we offer.
- Deliver profit contribution and performance targets in line with Business set KPI's and targets.
- Track and report accurate contract position.
