Senior Delivery Lead - SI Horizontal

Base Location: Reading, Havant or Perth

Salary: £66,100 - £99,100 + car allowance + performance-related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

Lead and manage the Systems Integrator Horizontal, providing governance, financial management, supplier oversight, and project reporting to ensure robust programme delivery across business and technology initiatives.

You will

· Line management of a cross-functional team including 3rd party Systems Integration resources.

· Oversee programme governance, financial oversight, supplier performance, and adherence to delivery standards.

· Own programme-level reporting, including integrated dashboards, risk and issue tracking, and executive-level updates.

· Establish and embed project delivery standards across the programme.

· Drive continuous improvement in delivery assurance and governance processes.

You have

· Proven leadership experience within large-scale programmes.

· Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery services teams.

· Strong understanding of financial controls, budget management, and supplier governance.

· Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) tooling and project reporting frameworks.
