Turn Theory into Practise
Our 12-week Programme and Project Services Summer Placement gives you the opportunity to gain experience across areas such as risk, planning and scheduling, reporting, project controls and information management. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to understand how project information, schedules and risks are managed, helping teams make informed decisions and deliver projects with confidence and control.
What we’re looking for
You'll be in your second or third year of university, studying towards a degree in one of the below disciplines and intending to return to university following the completion of your placement. The disciplines are: - Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business Management (including Risk), Economics, Finance, Mathematics and Data Analytics.
You’ll likely be someone who:
- Takes an analytical and methodical approach, using information and data to understand problems and support sound decision-making.
- Is organised, pays close attention to detail and can manage changing priorities while maintaining accurate information.
- Communicates clearly and can present complex information in a way that is easy for different audiences to understand.
- Works well with others, building positive relationships and collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You don't need to know everything on day one. What matters most is your willingness to learn, contribute and make the most of the opportunities your placement provides.
