Product Analyst

Base Location: Dublin

Salary: 49,400 - 74,200 + performance-related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

As an experienced IT Product Analyst, you’ll join SSE’s IT Product Analysis team to work on and lead the Product analysis on our Conversational AI (CCaaS) team​ & support the delivery of a portfolio of high-profile customer-facing initiatives to drive SSE’s large-scale transformation.

You Will

Oversee the analysis of IT projects and drive the delivery of business analysis work on multiple simple or individual complex projects in order to regularly achieve cost and timescale targets

• Support on the delivery of Power BI Reports.
• Work on the creation of Data Protection and Compliance Documentation.
• Undertakes responsibility for IT analysis work by ensuring that rules and practices are identified.
• Identifies and determines end-to-end business processes using standard methods.
• Presents business and technical concepts to process owners and business users.
• Identifies and assesses business and IT regulatory risk.

You have

You’ll have a broad IT background with demonstrable experience in Agile Project & Programme Delivery. You’ll have experience in Business Analysis, associated tools like ADO, implementing innovative projects for IT and Customer Experience Optimisation.

Additionally, you’ll have strong technology, analytical and teamwork skills and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to question and change direction rapidly to support the business effectively.

A candidate with a technical IT background is required.  

1. Strong Power BI experience.
2. Documentation & reporting experience – Ability to produce detailed reports, with summary and findings to contribute to company success.
3. AI and Design thinking skill sets. 
4. Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
