This position plays a vital role in ensuring that operational requirements are fully understood, planned for, and delivered across all projects.

You will

- Be an active member of the Marine Function, setting clear direction and communicating logistics expectations to project teams and contractor logistics partners, with a strong focus on operational readiness.

- Support Offshore project logistics teams by offering expert guidance to overcome execution challenges and build long-term logistics capability across the organisation.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all project logistics operational inputs during the Execute phase, maintaining strong communication with logistics teams, project management, and operational stakeholders.

- Contribute to Offshore Programme coordination, taking part in construction campaign planning and decision-making to ensure alignment with operational needs.

- Ensure all logistics activities follow the correct safety processes and meet required compliance standards.

You have

- Extensive experience in logistics and service provision for both onshore and offshore campaign environments.

- A solid understanding of SSEN / industry operational activities, including high-voltage plant and associated equipment.

- A track record in capturing, sharing, and embedding lessons learned, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

- High levels of self-motivation, excellent organisational capability, and effective time management skills.

- A collaborative, team-focused approach, along with the flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
