You Will

  • Build collaborative partnerships with FM teams and contractors to nurture a culture of safety, compliance, and shared accountability
  • Plan, deliver, and monitor statutory maintenance activities, ensuring all sites meet regulatory and organisational standards
  • Provide clear, insightful reporting and analysis to highlight performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and support audits, maintaining accurate compliance records and ensuring readiness across all sites
  • Guide contractor performance with a focus on quality, value, and alignment to service standards and expectations

You Have

  • Experience in a compliance, engineering, or technical assurance role within an FM or estates environment
  • A strong understanding of statutory compliance across building services, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, and asbestos
  • The ability to build trusting relationships and communicate technical information with clarity and confidence
  • A thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to analysing data, managing risk, and improving processes
  • Relevant technical qualifications and a genuine commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
