Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations Dublin, Glasgow, London or Perth.

Salary: £66,100 - £99,100 UK or €90,300 - €135,500 ROI + car / car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and purpose-driven Corporate Finance team as a Corporate Finance Manager, where your perspective and expertise will help guide key investment and strategic decisions. You will play an integral role in delivering M&A transactions, bids, and project financing activities, working across the full deal lifecycle in a supportive, high-performing environment. With meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to contribute to complex, high-impact projects, this role offers the space to grow your voice, deepen your technical skills, and make a lasting impact.

You will

- Play a leading role in the execution of M&A transactions, from initial evaluation through to signing and completion

- Build and review robust financial models and valuation analyses to inform investment decisions

- Coordinate due diligence workstreams and manage external advisers, fostering strong collaborative relationships throughout the transaction process

- Support the structuring of transactions, including joint ventures and project-level investments

- Prepare clear, insightful materials for Executive Committees and Board-level discussions

You have

- In-depth, demonstrable experience in M&A advisory or corporate finance, with strong exposure to live deal execution

- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach

- The ability to manage multiple priorities with care, staying organised and focused under pressure

- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and relationship-led working style

- A relevant qualification (e.g. ACA, CFA) or equivalent experience; exposure to infrastructure, energy, or project finance would be advantageous
