Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations – Reading, Melksham, Poole, Portsmouth or Slough.

Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 depending on skills & experience + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

As a Business Change Manager, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating change activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, to a high standard, and within budget across multiple projects and business areas.

Some of your main accountabilities will include;

  • Apply relevant and proportionate change management methodologies to support programme requirements and ensure the successful delivery of transformation outcomes.
  • Determine and track programme benefits, assess progress against objectives and goals, and drive measurable improvements to support effective value realisation.
  • Provide accurate forecasting for assigned activities, ensuring strong governance and quality assurance across business change deliverables so they remain consistent, robust, and fit for purpose within the programme or project.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including programme and project teams, senior managers, and sponsors, to enable effective change delivery and ensure the realisation of benefits.

To be successful in this role, we would like you to have;

  • Significant experience delivering business change across large-scale transformational projects.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles, project lifecycles, and governance frameworks.
  • The ability to engage and influence affectively at senior stakeholder level.
  • Experience working within regulated businesses or complex operational environments.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and first-class customer service
