Base Location: Flexible Ireland, however our preference is that you will be based from one of our key Irish sites which includes but not limited to Newcastle West, Bally Connell or Ballybofey.

Salary: €49,400-€74,200 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The Role

We are looking for an Asset Planner to support our Irish Onshore Wind portfolio. Reporting directly to the Operations Planning Manager, you will be responsible for planning maintenance and outages across our wind farms in Ireland. You will ensure work is prioritised correctly, the fleet remains maintenance compliant, and outages are properly coordinated with operational and grid stakeholders. This is a hands-on planning role with real operational accountability.
 
You will
  • Run monthly planning meetings across three Irish hubs and maintain clear visibility of workload, risks and compliance.
  • Build and manage maintenance plans to keep the fleet compliant and aligned with available resources.
  • Plan and coordinate outages, acting as the interface with EirGrid and SONI.
  • Manage outage reporting requirements (including REMIT) and support outage compensation processes where required.
  • Maintain accurate planning data and provide regular updates on compliance, major works and upcoming outages.

You have

  • Experience in maintenance, asset, outage, project or operational planning within an engineering, utilities, infrastructure or similar environment.
  • The ability to prioritise competing demands and make balanced, risk-based planning decisions.
  • Confidence using digital systems and data to build, manage and improve plans.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain plans, risks and trade-offs clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • A structured and forward-thinking approach, with attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
