How is an trainee opportunity different from an apprenticeship?
- You'll need qualifications in Maths, Science and English. If you have relevant technical experience way may also consider this.
- Depending on which area of the business you work in, your starting salary will be circa £24,000.
- Once qualified, our Trainee Engineers will have an HNC or Foundation Degree in Electrical Power Engineering and can expect to be earning circa £34,000 per year.
- By the time you reach the third year of the programme you'll be given increased responsibility in managing jobs, including all technical aspects, safety management and the supervision of crafts people or contractors.
