The role

Our UX Product Designer will apply user-centred design principles, crafting intuitive and exceptionally functional designs for web and mobile platforms, in both visual and interactive realms. Within this pivotal role, you will not only create impactful designs but also provide crucial support to the team and UX guidance for stakeholders throughout the entire design process, encompassing research, planning, ideation, delivery, testing, and continuous improvement.

You will

  • Craft sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. Generate UX deliverables such as UX maps, personas, interview document analyses, user journeys, functional design documents and research reports.
  • Contribute to and ensure adherence to both Design Systems and Accessibility guidance standards throughout project development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and IT teams, providing support to refine business requirements and development tasks in order to achieve UX objectives.

You have

  • Proven experience collaborating with product managers, stakeholders, designers, content and marketing teams, developers, testers, and cross-functional teams to consistently deliver outputs of the highest standard.
  • A track record of delivering top-tier usability and user-centred design, in line with both business and user expectations.
  • Skills in planning and facilitating UX workshops designed to uncover the specific requirements, goals of the business and user needs. Experience in designing user tests with real customers and using analysis data to drive design decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills to foster effective collaboration and convey complex design concepts to all stakeholders.
  • A stellar portfolio showcasing examples of successful user research, design systems, and innovative design solutions.
