Base Location: Reading, Havant, Glasgow and Perth
Salary: £50,100 - £75,100 + performance-related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
The Service Integration and Management (“SIAM”) & Supplier Integration lead is responsible for delivering the integration and onboarding of suppliers to ensure seamless technical service delivery, effective relationship management, and continual service improvement. This role involves overseeing supplier contracts, undertaking technical risk assessment, cost management, evaluating third-party change notices, and developing technical integration patterns to maintain a high standard of technical service and integration with the Service Management process, and capability framework. This role would suit an individual with a background in operational technical service delivery and business analytics looking to progress their career in the “business of IT”
You will
- Manage Supplier Contracts: Work on contractual agreements with suppliers to ensure compliance and alignment with service requirements, resulting in effective and reliable service delivery.
- Supplier Management: In partnership with Procurement & Commercial, manage relationships with suppliers to ensure their services meet contractual obligations and performance standards. This is done to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop Integration Patterns: Implement integration and onboarding patterns for suppliers to ensure consistent “plug n play” onboarding and offboarding.
- Continual Service Improvement: Implement and promote continual service improvement initiatives among suppliers. This is done to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate Third-Party Change Notices: Assess and recommend changes proposed by third-party suppliers to ensure they align with organisational goals, budget and service continuity.
You have
Understanding of SIAM supplier management and integration processes.
- Familiarity with operational service delivery frameworks and continual service improvement methodologies.
- Technical skills in defining, developing and implementing integration patterns.
- Ability to manage and evaluate technical services within supplier contracts.
- Proficient in assessing technical risk, developing integration technologies and approving third-party change notices.
- Analytical mindset as well as proficiency in cost management and budgeting.
