In this role, you’ll be the engineering custodian of your area’s electricity network – planning and delivering fault repairs, tackling asset defects, and ensuring emergency works are completed quickly, safely, and efficiently.
You’ll be working in real time to coordinate resources, prioritise workloads, and make sure customers are kept at the heart of every decision.
You will:

- Promote a safety-first culture by upholding SHE standards and ensuring compliance with SSEN’s Safe Management of Work procedures.
- Conduct site visits, engage with teams and stakeholders, and drive high performance to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to regulatory standards.
You have:

Strong technical and operational knowledge of electrical distribution networks, including fault management, inspection, and maintenance.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, with a strong customer service focus and effective communication at all levels.
