Customer Service Billing Advisor

Base Location: Cardiff

Salary: £29,504 - £34,747 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

The role

Our Business Energy teams supply over 400,000 customer supply points across a broad and diverse client base from micro businesses to large national corporates, providing a unique service to each business with a commitment to keeping our client’s interests at heart and helping to control energy costs.

You will

• This rewarding role will involve primarily supporting the dedicated major business billing account managers service their customers by handling their administrative needs.
• This will include transferring calls to the appropriate bam, issuing their electronic invoicing, raising cases and day-filing their progress, adding VAT decs and answering inbound customer queries from business customers via Email as per service level agreements.
• Throughout these activities and responsibilities we will be looking for you to promote and maintain an extremely high level of customer service and to maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You have

• A focus on customer and quality, excellent organisational skills, have exceptional attention to detail and passionate about always delivering service excellence.
• The ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills together with the ability to use own initiative, persuasion and commercial awareness.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills would be extremely beneficial in the role. Previous experience in a customer service environment would also be beneficial.
