BMS Junior Sales Engineer

Location: Gateshead

Salary: £30,600 - £46,000 + company car/cash allowance, performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

We're on the lookout for an exceptional and driven individuals to join our team in Gateshead as a Junior BMS Sales Engineer.

You will receive a structured sales and technical development within a nationally delivered training programme, supported by a team based from our regional office based in Gateshead.

And, within a very short period of time, with the help of our industry partners, you’ll be looking after your own customers helping them on their journey to decarbonisation and net zero

What do I need?

• Understanding of Building Management Systems or Building Services, passion for decarbonisation and sustainability.
• Technical Aptitude or a willingness to learn, allowing you to translate complex concepts into accessible language.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving challenges.
• An appetite for selling and being customer facing.
• Communication and negotiation skills that inspire confidence and trust.
