Product Lead

Base Location: Dublin

Salary: €64,000 - €96,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

Our Product Lead will help achieve the strategic vision for SSE Energy Customer Solutions by driving the creation and delivery of the B2C Product and Proposition Development roadmap.

You will

• Lead the development of the B2C product vision and roadmap, aligning it to our company strategy and ensuring buy in created at senior levels.
• Use internal and external research to define product requirements with the ability to prioritise features based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Continuously analyse the energy market, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, using the information to inform product development, identify new opportunities and ensure the product portfolio remains competitive.
• Work cross functionally to drive the execution of all the product development lifecycle stages.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all B2C products with input to key portfolio projects and large transformation programmes.

You have

• Proven product and proposition development experience, ideally in the energy, telecoms or financial sectors.
• Demonstrated the ability to analyse complex data, identify key insights, and make informed decisions to drive product development with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers, to drive execution of the product strategy.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer centric mindset, ensuring the voice of the customer is translated into product requirements.
