You Will

As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll be the key link between Product Owners, suppliers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams—ensuring we deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned OT solutions. You’ll also lead by example to develop and evolve Thermal IT’s product analysis capability in line with our Agile and DevSecOps principles.

- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, epics, and system functional requirements; develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

- Lead, coach, and mentor Product Analysts across Thermal IT—building capability, supporting development, and ensuring alignment with the career framework.

- Champion consistent product analysis standards, tooling, and techniques across value streams, embedding best practice in Agile delivery teams.

- Lead discovery and planning for features across both value streams, with a focus on high-impact AM and COTS applications.

- Drive adoption and change readiness through structured change management and define value metrics to measure and demonstrate product impact.

You Have

- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Analyst, with a strong track record in Agile product delivery.

- Experience mentoring or coaching analysts, with the ability to develop capability and embed standards across teams.

- Strong knowledge of asset-based or operational environments, with the ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.

- Skilled in backlog planning, value mapping, and solution scoping across multiple product areas or delivery streams.

- Confident communicator and facilitator, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and proficiency in Agile tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps).
