Join Our Team as an Administrator
As an Administrator, you’ll collaborate with team members across multiple locations and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Your strong organisational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines will help support a dynamic and efficient work environment.
You will:
Assist with preparation and issuing of work documents, including utility searches, administration of Planned Supply Interruptions and collation of documents for operational teams.
General Finance - including raising purchase orders, dealing with any order and payment queries & liaising with Procurement via approved systems where required.
Scheduling work to ensure that priorities are dealt with, and work is delivered to meet programme and customer requirements.
Support operational teams by validating and submitting paperwork, handling enquiries via email and phone, serving as a contact for local authorities, and processing related notifications.
Undertake general duties including but not limited to raising IT requests, issuing of equipment, archiving, deliveries, post.
You have:
Previous experience in a similar role as an Administrator.
Confident communicating with customers, responding to customer queries on the telephone and in writing.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage multiple tasks.
A dedicated focus on customer service, with the ability to flex and adapt in a fast paced office environment.
Great IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint and Teams.
