But it’s not just the safety of our people that it is essential - we need to keep our business practices safe too. They reinforce our mantra “if it’s not safe we don’t do it”
Procurement
Our Procurement and Commercial function work in partnership with all the SSE Group to provide expertise, services and a commercial view point tailored to their specific needs. They’re at the helm of our supply chain, ensuring it’s conducted ethically and sustainably, with our net zero carbon ambitions at the fore front.
Finance
As a UK-listed company, we operate in a highly regulated and increasingly competitive environment. Our Finance function gathers, compiles, analyses and recommends on the financial strategy for our businesses, identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and create value for SSE now, and in the future.
Human Resources
SSE Human Resources is made up of several operational and specialist teams who strive to help the business design, develop and deliver their people strategies. Their expert advice enables the business to get the best from their teams and equips them to meet the changing demands of our business now, and in the future.
