There are five engineering programmes across our different businesses: Renewables, SSEN Distribution, SSEN Transmission, Enterprise Distributed Energy, and Thermal. You choose what business you want to be part of, and the learning will be tailored based on your interests and the areas of expertise within the business. Whatever you choose, you will be playing a critical part in SSE’s drive to net zero.
Expect to gain practical skills, hands-on experience and relevant professional qualifications or charterships e.g. IMECHE, ICE and IET. Across the two years of the programme, you’ll gain real hands-on experience, build an invaluable network and develop a unique set of skills that will shape your career.
2025 Graduate applications are now closed.
