Our Enterprise, Risk & Assurance Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of how a large, complex organisation operates while building the analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills needed to influence positive outcomes across the business. Over two years, you'll work with teams across SSE, gaining insight into how risk is identified and managed, how governance supports decision-making, and how assurance activities help strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement.

You'll be encouraged to ask questions, analyse information and provide valuable insight that helps the business improve performance and make informed decisions. Along the way, you'll build relationships with colleagues from across SSE, developing the confidence to challenge constructively, influence stakeholders and contribute to meaningful business improvements.

Supported by experienced colleagues, structured development opportunities and a strong graduate network, you'll gain the knowledge and experience needed to build a successful career in Enterprise, Risk & Assurance.
