Salary: Up to £34,500 depending on experience + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | with flexible working options available 

What is the Role? 

The role of Technical Audit planner comprises of various responsibilities including managing the workload of the field asset officers and ensuring the audit process is documented and captured in our reporting tools, also ensuring that our framework contractors and UIP partners have the correct competencies for their business and employees. You’ll also be responsible for monthly reporting, purchasing/invoicing via our internal system Harmony.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that the data capturing tool is correct and up to date with all relevant information

- Ensuring that the workload for the Field asset officers is escalated to each of them

- Monthly data capturing and reporting

- Managing the spend with the UIP adoption partners for new assets

What do I need?:

To be successful in this role, we’d love you to have:

- Experience in managing service delivery to contractual Service Levels Agreements

- Gas industry knowledge would be an advantage (SCO knowledge)

- Excellent Microsoft office skills especially Excel and Access data base

- Financial commercial knowledge would be an advantage

- Strong administration skills

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
