About the Role

Base Location: Cardiff

Salary: £32,851 - £43,385 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 12 month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

What is the Role?

You will be part of a management team responsible for coordinating, motivating, encouraging and empowering your team to contribute to Business Energy's overall success. Your role will include:

- Coaching and mentoring your team to succeed through delivering regular team meetings and one to ones.

- Management of team performance and business SLA's through using best practice, tools and frameworks.

- Lead and engage your team to stay motivated and perform against business objectives and KPI's.

- Build relationships with all stakeholders and act as an ambassador for your team. You will encourage the right behaviour and customer service delivery through your actions and engagements.

- Drive innovation through your team and across the wider business.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Understanding of emotional intelligence and how this is relevant when managing a team of people.

- Proactive approach to innovation and problem solving.

- Demonstrable experience within a customer service environment.

- Experience of working within a leadership role within a similar industry would be advantageous.

A successful candidate that is not currently in a management position and/or meets the role criteria, would be enrolled onto our Trainee Team Manager (TTM) course, attracting a grade four salary until successful completion. On successful completion, of the TTM course, salary would be revised to grade six.
