Salary: £38,600 - £58,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 12-18 months Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible working options available

What is the Role?

As our External Stakeholder Communication Workstream Lead you will be:

- taking responsibility for creating and delivering the external communication strategy for stakeholders and customers

- planning and coordinating the delivery of communications to ensure they are well informed about how Business Energy’s transformation programmes will impact them

- ensuring all external stakeholders receive the right information at the right time and through the most appropriate channels, in order to build confidence in our brand and enhance customer experience

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- knowledge of how to navigate a large organisation & proven ability to deliver results in a programme environment

- demonstrable experience of creating and delivering complex external customer communications across a varied portfolio of change

- knowledge of and experience in utilities or another regulated industry would be advantageous

- excellent stakeholder management skills and skilled in preparing presentations and communications 

-  the ability to translate changes to non-technical and non-project management audiences and the ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets
