About the Role
Base Location: Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Reading or Dublin
Salary: £61,100 - £91,700 + car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your wellbeing, finances and family

Our specialist Business Development, Strategy and Route to Market function is at the forefront of enabling our entry and growth into new markets, technologies and partnerships.
As our business grows, so does our team, and we've a newly created role for a specialist in the commercial structuring of corporate Power Purchase Agreements.
As Senior Project Manager, cPPAs you'll work with people across our business to ensure optimal and balanced agreements are created in line with our objectives and the market.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting originators from deal creation until closure with valuation methodologies, pricing, and risk assessment.
- Partnering with our energy portfolio management, finance and energy economics team to understand long term market scenarios and valuations and supporting the development of pricing and sensitivity models.
- Developing optimal deal structures to support financing, bankability and maintenance of best practices.
- Leading project teams of experts to develop pricing and commercial structures for proposals, auctions and negotiations.
- Optimising relationships with partners and external organisations, such as third party providers.
What do I need?
This is a new and high-profile role requiring strong commercial awareness and prior experience in developing and negotiating contractual structures with senior leaders.
In addition to the above, we would love you to have:
- Deep understanding of power market fundamentals, market based pricing and commercial drivers.
- Knowledge of corporate sustainability concepts such as additionality, emissionality, 24/7 procurement and certification.
- The ability to translate complex power transaction language in a way that is accessible to non-experts.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with aptitude for creating insight from research.
