Salary: £45,200 - £67,800 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your finances, health and wellbeing

Working Pattern: 12 month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible Working options available

Reporting to the Head of Reward, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced reward practitioner to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.  Operating as a trusted partner and advisor in all aspects of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies, you'll work collaboratively with the business and demonstrate a truly consultative approach to your work.
 
Your Key Responsibilities will include:-
 
- Quickly understand how the business operates, and analyse reward business needs in line with future strategy.
- Ensure all aspects of reward are focused on equality.
- Oversee the annual merit review process in the business.
- Advise on key employment legislation related to pay, and provide input to trade union relationships to enable appropriate changes to policy.
- Provide oversight to our job evaluation framework, conducting regular benchmarking and market pay research.
 
What do I need?
 
With your experience in a similarly specialist role, you’ll be adept at building strong relationships with key business influencers and will be comfortable operating at a senior level with autonomy and enthusiasm. 
 
We'd also love you to have:-
 
- Experience of understanding business drivers and needs, finding solutions to meet these requirements.
- Experience of managing projects and delivering successful outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- The ability to make logical, well-balanced and reasoned decisions.
- A keen analytical eye and the ability to use technology to manipulate complex data sets to create impactful business outcomes. 
- Demonstrable commitment to the promotion of equality and diversity.
