Base Location: Glasgow

Salary: £32,900 - £49,300 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

About the Role 

An exciting opportunity to join the Project Services team as Risk Management Analyst, responsible for leading the development and implementation of consistent and best practice Project Risk Management standards, tools and processes.

As Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for identification, assessment and analysis of Project risk data. A key skillset will be the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships as engagement with the following key stakeholders is essential: Engineering, Consents, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Project Management, Legal, and Senior Management. This role will support the risk management process across the Dogger Bank A, B & C projects.

Key activities will include working with the Risk Manager to lead risk management activities including Risk analysis and monthly updates of the Project Risk Register, maintenance of Project Risk Registers, Risk Analysis, Risk Monitoring, facilitating Risk Reviews, Risk Reporting, Training, and Quantitative Risk Analysis.

This is a key role within Project Services, and you will be required to work closely and collaborate with the wider Project Services team, Project Managers, Engineering, Consents, P&C, Finance, Commercial, Project Management, Legal, and Senior Management) to support the successful delivery of the Dogger Bank Projects. You shall be results oriented, with attention to detail and an enthusiasm to succeed.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Experience in a Project Services related role working within complex Large Capital Projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of Project Risk Management methods, techniques and toolsets.
  • Ability to identify, articulate and present all levels of Risks in their strategic context to a range of key stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Consents, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Project Management, Legal, and Senior Management) and assessment to identify mitigations.
  • Ability to simplify and summarise complex problems and accurately report to senior Management, together with making recommendations for corrective action or Management intervention.
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation with capacity to operate under own initiative
