What is the Role?

 

We have an opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor to join our Cable Damage Rechargeable Debt department.

 

1. This team play a key role in recovering debt from third party damages to our network, specifically to each of our 4 regions covering central southern England
2. The Rechargeable Debt Team sit within the wider Operational Support Team offering services to the wider distribution business.
3. The department is ever changing in order to deliver the needs of our customers; one of the requirements of the role is the ability to adapt to a fast moving and ever evolving team with enthusiasm and a positive approach.

 

What do I need?

 

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

 

1. the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines in a busy but also exciting environment
2. The ability to remain calm and resilient when working under pressure  in order to find solutions to complex customer and operational problems whilst adhering to industry processes and regulations
3. Excellent  customer service and interpersonal skills
4. A passion for providing help and support to colleagues
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
