What is the Role?

Our SSEN Minor Connections team are responsible for delivering new connections for 1-4 properties as well as moving the position in which our equipment terminates within our customers properties.  As Project Liaison Manager you will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting improvements to Project Management activities alongside Team Manager.

- The successful delivery of minor connection projects. Delivering projects to time, cost and customer satisfaction.

- Building strong relationships and providing feedback and improvement ideas to design teams to improve quality of quotes.

- Supporting both Project Managers and delivery partners(ops) to ensure connections are delivered to target cost.

- Driving performance and improvement through Time to Connect (TTC) and Customer Satisfaction scores.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Good business and technical knowledge of electricity distribution LV network, ideally in a connections environment.

- I.T. literate being comfortable with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Office

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential and the ability to comfortably deal with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.

- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to manage complaints through to resolution.

- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to communicate lessons learned across the business.
