Base Location: Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Glasgow, Argyll and Bute or Skye
Salary: £28,831 - £35,194 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
Our Transmission business has a large portfolio of projects across Scotland, and we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join us on our journey. As Project Coordinator, you will be working closely with our Project Managers to assist in the successful delivery of a number of major projects across Scotland.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the project accounts, raising purchase orders, making sure suppliers are paid on time and dealing with external supplier queries.
- Coordinating and preparing all project meetings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.
- Supporting the project team meet milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinating all project reporting, making sure reports are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.
- Assisting the project team with the project specific administration duties.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, it would be beneficial to have:
- Preferably you would have experience of working in a similar industry.
- Experience of working in a previous role which involved projects and teamwork.
- Vast experience in an administration role, which seen you take pride in the work you produce.
- Being able to manage deadlines and an understanding of the importance of meeting these.
- Experience and the ability of managing your own workload and being flexible to deal with change.
