Base Location: Cardiff, Reading or Perth
Salary: £39,400 - £59,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
As a product and propositions developer you will be responsible for the delivery of the proposition’s roadmap for SSE Energy Solutions. Through taking a structured approach, outlined in our framework, you will be able to assess the opportunities available quickly and efficiently to us. This role supports our strategic objectives of making renewable energy as accessible and affordable to all our customers, helping customers to achieve net zero.
- Understand SSE Energy Solutions competitive position within the market and deliver propositions aligned to our strategic mission.
- Create strong stakeholder groups across the Business Energy directorate, supporting the sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Deliver primary research to drive out customer ideation sessions.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements which advocates gold standard customer experience across all touchpoints of your product set.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- A creative and innovative mindset with demonstrable experience within the FS/ Energy/ Telco or other retail sectors focussing on customer related propositions.
- Ability to product standardised reports that deliver insights and track progress against a set of KPI's.
- Proven product lifecycle experience.
- Proven ability to work with and navigate complex billing systems to deliver exceptional customer experience.
