Base Location: Reading (required to be in the office 1-2 days per week)

What is the Role?

In this new role the key responsibility will be for all aspects of the payroll including the planning and execution of all processes and systems.

As Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all payroll changes, transactions and updates and our submissions to HMRC

What do I need?

The successful candidate for the role will ideally have the following:

- Extensive payroll management experience having managed a payroll within an ERP.

- Knowledge of Workday would be beneficial, as would a formal payroll qualification.

- Extensive understanding of HMRC rules, procedures and legislation relating to payroll matters.

- Good IT skills with proficiency in MS excel.

- Structured and organised in your approach; delivery focussed.

- Good communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
