Base Location: Inverness, Perth Or Aberdeen.

What is the Role?
SSEN Transmission are currently recruiting for a number of highly motivated and experienced Marine Consents Manager to support the delivery of Major, large-scale Transmission infrastructure. You will work on iconic, innovative projects directly facilitating bulk renewable power transfer across the UK.
We are also interested in hearing from individuals with a strong background and specialist knowledge of benthic habitats and mega fauna and their specific sensitivity to cable installation, and subsequent recovery. This will be to support the wider marine consenting team.
You will join a multi-award winning team recognised for our sector leading planning and sustainability initiatives (RTPI In-house planning team of the year – Finalist, IEMA Sustainability Impact Awards – Biodiversity & Environmental Net Gain – Winner). Working under a Lead Marine Consents Manger, there will be a high level of autonomy for your projects with the benefit of experienced support and guidance where required.
