About the Role

Base Location: Dublin

Salary: €31,000 + commission + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

What is the Role?

We believe in treating our customers like family and always going the extra mile in whatever we do and we are looking for passionate and motivated Advisors to join our Home Energy team. Our blended model of working at home and in the office, provides our colleagues with the flexibility and support they require to succeed in this role. Our department is open 8am – 8pm, Monday to Friday, so there's no weekend work at all!

In this role you will:

- Answer calls from customers who are moving house and work on inbound Home Moves retention and sales campaigns

- Proactively sign up new occupants, landlords and letting agents, to ensure continuation of supply at SSE Airtricity supplied premises

- Achieve your sales targets and deliver customer service excellence whilst maintaining call handling efficiency

- Work within regulatory guidelines and internal compliance procedures to ensure the business is not exposed to complaints

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- An excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail

- A customer and quality focused mindset with a positive attitude

- The ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills, and to use your own initiative and work as part of a team

- A working knowledge of MS Office

- The ability to work accurately under pressure and achieve challenging but realistic targets
