What is the Role?

 

  • Our Fault Dispatchers play a crucial role in coordinating our emergency response engineers.
  • They liaise with colleagues in field based locations to respond to emergency situations reported by the public including loss of power, damage to our network and safety concerns regarding electricity.
  • They take vital information from our engineers to ensure we fulfill our regulatory requirements.
  • They work in an enjoyable fast paced environment - every day is different.

    To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

     

  • Passion for customer service, strong listen skills, ability to prioritise tasks and an excellent working ethic.
  • A drive to exceed set targets, adaptable to an ever changing environment and flexible to support the department when required.
  • Able to work as an individual as well as in a team. This role is challenging but rewarding for the right candidate.
  • We are a 24/7 department working 365 days a year delivering an industry leading experience to our customers.  Shift work will be required.
