Base Location: Perth
Salary: £25,300 - £37,900 depending on skills and experience + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.

As PMO Analyst, your main accountabilities will include;
-Supporting the System Strategy Manager and Change Team in effective management of the portfolio, include working with others across the organisation to plan and resource a wide variety of initiatives.
-Designing processes, setting performance standards, and bringing insight and ideas to improve delivery across the EPM change programme.
-Creating and producing reporting on project budgets, schedules, and value realisation to ensure no gaps, overlaps or conflicts.
This role offers significant development opportunities on a high-profile transformation programme that is critical for the delivery of SSE’s Net Zero ambitions. You will be working within a highly specialised commercial unit that offers a unique opportunity be part of the Energy Market Transition.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have;
-A background in PMO functions would be highly advantageous, but we are also interested in seeing applicants from those with transferable skills.
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point, SharePoint, Project.
-Experience with Teams, Azure Dev Ops and MS Power Bi Platform desirable but not essential.
-The ability to collaborate with others and work as part of an affective team.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, A keen eye for detail, and the ability to quickly interpret complex information.

We play a critical role as the short-term energy market asset optimiser, and a long-term energy market adviser, for all SSE's Business Units (across SSE's Wind, Hydro, Low Carbon Thermal, Distributed Energy and Customer portfolios). This role for EPM enables SSE to focus its investment in energy markets capabilities (including Trading, Risk Management, Energy Economics and Advanced Analytics) in one centre of excellence, with these enhanced capabilities supporting value creation and decision making across the SSE Group.
