About the Role
Base Location: Flexible UK | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSE offices or depots around the UK and Ireland.
Salary: £37,600 - £56,400k + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
SSE has an Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) that owns, operates and maintain electricity distribution infrastructure across Great Britain. The IDNO is staffed by a core team with key services provided in the main by other SSE entities, mostly within the Distributed Energy division. The Adoption Manager has a key role developing new networks for adoption by the IDNO. The role holder will be developing relationships and processes, taking projects from origination through execution to operation, to enable the IDNO to grow through the adoption of networks from ICPs. This is a key role that sits between the Project Development and Operations functions and will work with all areas of the IDNO business.
