About the Role
Base Location: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness or Perth
Salary: £33,500 - £50,300 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent| Full Time | Flexible First options available
SSEN Transmission customers are large directly connected applicants at voltages up to 400kV as well as large embedded distribution connected applicants.
The Customer Relationship Manager has the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Each Customer Relationship Manager has responsibility for a portfolio of high value customer accounts (multi £m portfolio projects) and is required to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction that meets regulatory output and incentive targets.
- Customer account management, portfolio management and taking ownership of customer complaints.
- Ensuring that expectations on quality and timeliness are achieved in customer interaction and meeting customer commitments.
- Delivery of an exceptional customer experience to Transmission connected customers throughout the customer journey.
- Championing the role of the customer within the business whilst being the face of the business to the customer.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Excellent co-ordination, analytical and organisational skills.
- Conflict avoidance, management and dispute resolution experience and knowledge.
- Experience of chairing meetings and the ability to take comprehensive minutes and advanced communication and negotiation. skills. A good awareness of internal customer base and application of systems and procedures for customer care is also desirable.
- Lateral thinker with ability to ask open questions, consider all options & make informed decisions whilst working well under pressure.
- Comfortable with corporate IT systems and proficient skill at using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Teams. Experience of finance systems and processes and large capital contracts (LCP) construction processes.
