Salary: £45,592- £55,653 + car allowance + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Connections Delivery Manager to join our team based in Inverness which will be supporting operations. If this sounds of interest to you, please read on for more information.
- Day to day line management of the Connections Delivery Team within the Highlands and Islands area.
- Ensure all projects are delivered within timescales (Including Time To Connect) & to budget.
- Drive efficiency and performance ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction is exceeded.
- Manage escalations within timescales.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Good understanding of SSE's core purpose, strategy and goals.
- In depth knowledge of the UK power and gas markets.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment as it applies to the connections business.
- In depth knowledge of communication and engagement strategies.
- Understanding of the importance of the Minor Connections Incentive Scheme.
