Base Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £38,600 – 58,000 + car or car allowance + annual performance bonus and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?

In this role you will have a number of responsibilities including:

- Responsible for the programme management of the CX Programme which includes both strategic and tactical improvement plans as well as the Digital CX programme to achieve the customer service targets, outputs and outcomes whilst supporting the associated planning and embedding of continuous change. 

- Support the overall programme management of the CX programme including business change and readiness activities and is integral to the delivery of  each project.

- Represent the CX and Digital programme at various IT delivery programmes to provide senior stakeholders with updates and seek feedback on plans and progress made and to provide business imput of functional scope and process decisions.

- Support the wider CX programme in sourcing and selecting the right level of resource to support the workstream activities. 

- Leads the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests for change.

What do I need?

To be successful in applying for this role, we would love for you to have:

- Extensive project management experience across multiple full project lifecycles.

- Experience of influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels; excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Able to demonstrate deep subject matter expertise in large complex programmes with a strong understanding of the Networks business and understanding of implementation management (transformation governance framework, standards and good-practices, methods, tools, approaches and processes).

- Experienced team leader and line manager – responsibility for man management and team delivery.

- Excellent command of written and verbal English with strong attention to detail and the ability to turn complex technical language into messaging appropriate for the audience.
