About the Role
Base Location: Flexible Scotland, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key Scotland sites such as Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness. Travel to the office in Perth will be required to be with the team and key stakeholders.
Salary: £28,831 - £35,194 depending on skills and experience + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

As Renewables Business Coordinator, you will support the Head of the Renewables Operations Business and their management team with business projects and the coordination and successful delivery of project related activities. You'll ensure all project teams' movements, calendar, meetings, and necessary scheduling are carried out smoothly and efficiently and will oversee the preparation and compilation of key project documents. A key part of this role will involve interacting with key project stakeholders, liaising on project details, scheduling meetings, ensuring agendas are set and minutes accurately documented. You'll also be required to coordinate and ensure the efficient and timely administration of project business and transactional documentation.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Considerable knowledge and experience in booking travel and accommodation, diary management and delivering support services for Meetings, Workshops and Projects.
- Proven ability in planning and managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- A high level and competency in all Microsoft Office Packages.
- Excellent organisation, problem solving and time management.
