We are currently looking for an experienced BEMS Support Engineer to join our team based in the London & South East area.

Our Support business has a fantastic reputation in the industry and has some exciting plans to grow and develop the region further which you can play a key part in. 

Key accountabilities will include:

• Carrying out BMS PPM activities across various sites across the Midlands
• Carrying out small upgrades and additional works.
• Responding to and resolving reactive breakdowns both within core business hours and as part of the out of hours standby team.
• Improving the energy performances of the buildings that we look after.
• Identifying system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements, software improvements.
• Providing detailed and concise reports based upon your onsite activities

What do I need?

• Besides your passion to be the best, help the region, and yourself grow, you should be conversant with all aspects of BEMS including infrastructure, software, integration and controls philosophies.
• You should be able to engage in technical discussions around building control technologies with our clients and be confident in offering solutions in a clear and easily understood manner.
• We value all BMS and HVAC experience and believe that a good engineer will quickly pick up the skills to support any system but we will be very keen to receive applications with a high level of understanding of the following systems, Trend, Siemens or Tridium
