What is the Role? 

You'll know some of the buildings we make come alive; we work across multiple sectors - health, education, pharmaceutical, engineering, finance and general commercial. Clients trust us with the optimisation of their buildings, helping to reduce energy costs, bringing operational efficiencies and increased productivity; because they know we can be relied upon to deliver the outcomes they’re looking for.

We're seeking driven individuals that has previously worked in a BEMS or building services environment, who understands heating and ventilation and building management systems. You'll have sales experience or be looking to move into a sales role; and you’ll likely have a relevant technical background or qualification.

With the support of our expert design and estimating support team, you'll maximise our very large contract base and a well-known brand to generate new business opportunities. You'll be working for one of the largest BEMS companies in the market, with strong manufacturer relationships and support. You'll help our customers and professional design teams to select the right products to deliver the buildings they require. You'll be working alongside a team with a winning mentality and determination to succeed which will help you achieve your targets.

What do I need?

To be considered for the role, we’d love you to have:

- Strong sales management experience within the BEMS or Building Controls sector, with familiarity of the UK marketplace

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable presenting your ideas and solutions to a wider and varied market

- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial approach, proactive in asking the right questions to help deliver excellent results

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- An extremely consultative approach and have a thorough understanding of new products to provide our customers with innovative solutions

We're looking for professionals who can really make a difference to our business with previous demonstrable examples of your past and current projects.

Due to the nature of this role, it’s key you possess a full driving licence
