Base Location: Flexible UK/Ireland

Salary: Up to £37,400 / €52,600 depending on skills and experience + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 12 months Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible working options available

What is the Role?

As Asset Planner you'll form part of the Fleet Operations Team and report to the Planning Team Manager.

You'll be accountable for identifying all asset maintenance requirements of existing asset portfolio, ensuring onshore wind work plans are developed, prioritised and processed through the asset management system 'IBM Maximo' in accordance with standards, protocol and legislation, whilst maximising business efficiency and maintaining safety.

Some of your other main accountabilities will include;

-Preparing, developing, and coordinating short-term and long-term plans to ensure maintenance requirements are prioritised and delivered effectively

-Preparing and submitting reports produced from Maximo on maintenance activity, risk, and performance, communicating works progress and altering plans if schedules are delayed or disrupted

-The administration and upkeep of the maintenance management system 'IBM Maximo' to ensure data quality relating to assets and maintenance activity is captured, reflective and communicated as required

-Liaising closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure plans are agreed and delivered

-Ensure Company policies and procedures are applied correctly

What do I need?

To be successful in this role, we would love you to have;

-A good understanding of maintenance requirements for large plant infrastructure and the importance of a planned and coordinated maintenance strategy.

-Familiarity of maintenance management systems such as IBM Maximo is essential.

-Knowledge of Maintenance Planning and associated tools, techniques and processes, coupled with Project and Asset Management skills

-A basic understanding of wind turbines

-A minimum qualification to HNC level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline, however as the position requires knowledge and experience gained within industry, consideration will also be given to suitably experienced individuals.

-Knowledge and practical experience of working within a controlled safety environment
